Fast member question resolution time at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lfgdating.com\/start.php\">LFGdating<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every day we receive a good amount of questions from members, and these questions fall into certain buckets of questions. The buckets of questions are basically as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>How do I cancel my subscription?<\/li><li>How do I delete my account?<\/li><li>How do I change my main profile picture?<\/li><li>I&#8217;m having trouble logging in.<\/li><li>When will the quarantine end?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We don&#8217;t have the answer to #5, but we do have resolutions for all the rest. Our newly upgraded admin panel allows us to get to the resolution quicker than before. Quicker resolution leads to a better member experience. No two ways about that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We know this isn&#8217;t a sexy feature launch. It&#8217;s more like the, &#8220;I got socks for Christmas?&#8221; kind of feature.
