OK so this is a feature for us. Kind of a cheat to label this a feature for the month, but it’s going to help the greater you as a member. What’s so great about an upgraded back end admin panel? Fast member question resolution time at LFGdating.
Every day we receive a good amount of questions from members, and these questions fall into certain buckets of questions. The buckets of questions are basically as follows:
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- How do I delete my account?
- How do I change my main profile picture?
- I’m having trouble logging in.
- When will the quarantine end?
We don’t have the answer to #5, but we do have resolutions for all the rest. Our newly upgraded admin panel allows us to get to the resolution quicker than before. Quicker resolution leads to a better member experience. No two ways about that.
We know this isn’t a sexy feature launch. It’s more like the, “I got socks for Christmas?” kind of feature. But we all need socks to keep our feet warm.
